Blood may make us relatives, but love & friendship made us sisters we were family! From the time we arrived in New York & her aunties became my aunties!!! I remember going to the Poconos & Virginia introducing me to all her family & said this is your family Sis...that was the start of our sisterhood! She called my parents Mom & Dad & my kids called her Aunt Virginia💕. I remember your Aunties coming in town & we left the house the sun was shining, I brought them home the next morning & you were waiting for us like we were little kids. Aunt Vi, Aunt Sylvia & Aunt Alma we laughed so hard we could hardly walk up the steps...precious memories 🥰. You have definitely left your footprints of kindness, love, courage, compassion, humor, inspiration, joy & faith. Sis you will truly be missed...Rest in Paradise 🙏🏾

My condolences goes out to the Chapel family, One of my memories is when I’d first told Jenny that I was getting married and that I would like for her to help me to plan the wedding and without hesitation Jenny said sure. Jenny understood that this might be hard for me because I loss my parents. When it was time for me and Jenny to meet up to pick out wedding gowns I remember being so bratty and mainly full of emotion because I didn’t have my mom there to help me pick out dresses like most brides. I remember telling Jenny I don’t want to do this, let’s just pick out dresses another day. I don’t even want to look at dresses. Remind you we’re already at David bridals. So in that very moment Jenny treated me just like my mom would’ve at that time, which was simply ignore me and told me girl you don’t know what you’re talking about you’re being silly, come on. We’re going to pick out some dresses and you’re going try them on and started taking pics of me on her iPad being a proud auntie and telling folks at the bridal shop and Facebook she’s helping her niecey pooh with dresses. I will always cherish that moment because no one else was really willing to help me at that time of need nor did they understand what I may have been going through but she did.

I was fortunate to meet Virginia from a Facebook Miami mom's group. She was truly one of a kind. Alway thought of everyone instead of herself. Beautiful inside and out. Even though we never met in person, God brought an angel and truly wonderful and special friend in my life in Virginia. Heaven is lucky to have her. RIP dear, sweet friend. You are out of pain now. Oh how I will miss you. xoxo

Momma T was always generous, gentle, and full of love. I enjoyed her smile, her laugh, and just standing around talking to her when I saw her. She will be greatly missed by many. Love always, Harold and family.

I can’t tell you how sad I am right now. Virginia (Peanut) was optimistic to the very end. She fought and fought and fought until she couldn’t fight anymore. The good Lord said enough and took her home. My prayer is for you guys to be able to have peace because your mother is now resting in her peace. I will miss her. Even though we didn’t see each other I loved her from the day she was born. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of the family 🙏🏽❤️
