Taralynn Bowers

Taralynn Annette Bowers was called home to eternal rest by our Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 31, 2025. She was born on August 15, 1996, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Elmer Bowers III and Tangie Wilson-Carter.

Taralynn was dedicated to the Lord as a baby and attended many services at Samaria ECOGIC, where she joyfully sang in the Starlight Children’s Choir. She began her education at Sayler Park and St. Joseph Elementary Schools and proudly earned her high school diploma. She later pursued her passion for helping others by taking classes to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Affectionately known as “Tweety Bird” and “TT,” She loved to be loved as she gave love. She was an affectionate and caring mother to four beautiful children who will miss her dearly: Tazlynn, Ta’Ziyah, Braylyn, and Carlito.

Taralynn had many talents and a deep love for reading, which began at the early age of three. She also enjoyed dancing, spending time with family and friends, and dining at her favorite restaurant, BW3’s. Her radiant smile could light up any room, and her resilient spirit and ambition inspired all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Geraldine Bowers, Elmer Bowers II, Roberta Birchfield, Mattie Mae Wilson, Ada Mae Ford, and Curtis Ford; her uncle Alfonso Bowers; and her sister Naviya Bowers.

Taralynn leaves to cherish her memory:

Her father, Elmer Bowers III (Carla), and her mother, Tangie Wilson-Carter;

Her children: Tazlynn, Ta’Ziyah, Braylyn, and Carlito;

Her brothers: Elmer Bowers IV, Emontae Bowers, and Tyon Bowers;

Her sisters: Adrienne Wilson and Janyce Bowers;

Her grandparents: Kenneth Jackson and Darleen Wilson;

And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly.

Taralynn’s life was a gift to all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
