Sarah could make the most delicious, inexpensive and Innovative dishes I ever experience. I always looked forward to going to her house in anticipation of what dish she would present. I really loved that classic lady . Sarah was classic in dress and even when I met her, she never looked her age.

" My eyes are tearful and my heart is heavy with the loss of my dear precious sister
(NCNW) and friend, Sarah. We bonded when she retired to Orlando after a long career as a surgical nurse in Cincinnati. She was a caring, happy spirit who enjoyed shopping, dining out, banquets, concerts, movies, social affairs, always dressed to impress. She was a faithful devoted member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in historic Eatonville, FL. A true friend who we loved and will be dearly missed. Reuben, Arlene, Gloria, and family you are in our thoughts and prayers with our sincere sympathy and condolences." Sincerely,
Willa Jackson

Over the years Sarah has been one of my best friends. We worked together at Jewish hospital on Burnet Ave. when she moved to Florida I visited her on several occasions she was always the fun loving, gracious hostess. I will miss her very much. Prayers and condolences to the family; may she rest in peace and God’s grace cover the family. Col. Lorraine Stevens (Ret.)
Our dear sister Sarah, a member of the Central Florida Section of the National Council of Negro Women, was a precious jewel. Even though she relocated to Cincinnati, she remained a member. Her love for us was undeniable and we loved her. She will truly be missed.
May God comfort and strengthen the family during this difficult time. Blessings,
Carole Davis,President

Dear Sarah, we cannot imagine moving on without you in the background telling us what we're suppose to do. You was our #1 membership recruiter. We love you and you will be missed. You are in Ohio we're in Florida but our hearts have and will always be connected.

Reuben Dutch..... Love you Mom! I will Miss You for all the Unconditional and Steadfast love that you had for me. You were a Boss to the end! I was Blessed to have had you as a Mom!!:rose:
This is a tough time. Ms Dutch stood in the gap for us and was a perfect match forDad. She was invincible. I can’t quite fix my mind to accept her passing. While she lived a full life into her 90s - I still feel she’s gone too soon. Sleep peacefully as you and Dad reunite.
Please accept our deepest condolences for your family's loss.
