Samia was preceded in death by her parents, Timothy and Barbara Muhammad; and her brother, Timothy Dawson. She is survived by her children, Sasha, Bilal, and Elijah; her five sisters Stephanie, Sonja, Sabrina (Eugene), Sadara, and Sayyeda; six grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
