Rosalyn in her early years was educated through Cincinnati Public Schools, Pleasant Ridge Elementary, People Jr. High, and Withrow High School.
Rosalyn loved reading books and listening to old music from the 90s. Especially when she’s working in the yard taking care of her plants. She loved music concerts and comedy shows but most of all she loved taking care of her family.
Rosalyn had an outstanding career of 25 years at UMR/UHC dating from January 2001 to present. She excelled her knowledge and skills from claims administrators to Recovery/Resolution Analyst Senior.
Rosalyn leaves to cherish her memory: husband, Earl F. Williams III; her 2 children, Earl F. Williams IV; Ri’Anna Williams; her mother, Phyllis Davis; three grandchildren, Elaina Williams, Emaires Williams, and Essence Williams; four siblings, Frederick Davis Jr., Phillip Davis, Latrice Davis, and Rena Davis; and a host of aunts, one uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
