We are deeply sorry for your loss and offer our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beloved sister. Losing a sister is such a tremendous loss. The absence of one who holds such a special place in your heart will be felt deeply. Try to concentrate more on your memories; the laughter, the love and the bond that you each shared with Rosa. May you find solace in the love and support of your many friends and family. You are all in our thoughts during this challenging time.

Rosa was a cherished tennis friend, captain of the team that took us to Sectionals in Syracuse and and also the captain of my mixed doubles team where I met my life partner. My most vivid memory of her was going to see Roger Federer at the US Open with tickets a friend of mine got us on the fourth row of the main stadium and she said “this is one of the most memorable days of my life”. I enjoyed seeing her when she would come back to NY for the US Open and play tennis with her old NY friends. She was a wonderful person and will always hold a special place in our hearts.

My husband and I have not known Rosa as long as her IBM friends but we have had at least a good 15-20 years of fun. My dearest memory is when Rosa would stop at our house in MD from NC on her way to the US Open in New York. My husband and I would look forward to that because we knew that on her return trip back to NC, she would be stopping at our house and we would be treated to Corn Beef and Pastrami sandwiches that she would pick up from 2nd Avenue Deli and bring them back for us (Sooo Good). We will miss and love you always Rosa. Stephanie and Bill Howard Howard

Dear Rosa, Tennis was the glue that brought us together but your laughter and love cemented the relationship. A two week trip together with two other RRC tennis friends to Africa, 5 years ago was amazing and life changing. The beautiful animals in their natural habitat, the friendly and gentle African people, Victoria Falls, awesome sunsets and scenery, Cape Town and seeing the reality of apartheid will be forever etched in our memory. Rest in peace dear friend. ❤️Sharon

No time on earth is long enough to share with those we love or to prepare our hearts for good-bye. Lifting you and your family in prayer during this time. Rose we have so many many shared memories...from your annual trips with Fredi to NC before relocating, furniture shopping, and sharing the best chardonnay (Fat Bastard!). After relocating to NC you kept us all connected and did not miss our now bi-annual picnic in Cornelius. Love you my friend!

Rest in Peace Rosa!!. We met in White Plains NY at IBM and Westchester Indoor Tennis Club in the 1970's and continued our friendship over the years. I moved back home to North Carolina in 1998 and you followed in 2011. This allowed you to find some lifetime FRIENDS at Raleigh Racquet Club. You made a difference in many lives and I hope you knew that. We will REMEMBER YOU always!!.. Shirley A. Hinton

Family of Rosa Morrow, prayers are going up for you all for God to strengthen and comfort you. Rosa lived a wonderful life! I met Rosa in 1969 at IBM in White Plains, NY. We became friends, travelled together to San Jose, Las Vegas and Memphis. We celebrated our birthdays together in Las Vegas one year. And she came to my birthday parties in Atlanta. She was well liked and a very good cook. We shared recipes many times. Memories of Rosa will be with me forever! She is resting in paradise with many friends and relatives! Thanks to Jean and family for caring for Rosa this year! She loved you all! Love, Artexas
