Robert Clyde English, the third child, son of the late Robert Calvin English, Sr. and Clara Jean Brazier was born on July 24, 1958 in Dawson, Georgia. He departed this life on April 13, 2014 at the Atrium Medical Center, Middle-town, Ohio.
He joined I Hope Missionary Baptist Church at an early age and was baptized. Robert graduated from Terrell High School in 1976 with honors. He also attended Albany Technical Institute and received an Associate Degree in Electronics. Robert served in the United States Army for 12 years, with a honorable discharge and received many stripes of decorations and accolades during his service. During this time in the Army, he received recognition for being one of the top recruiters of the Army.
He worked at Ford Motor Company where he met and later married Paulette Bush on February 28, 2007. He owned and operated P&R Solutions Janitorial Services for three years.
He was preceded in death by his late father, Robert Calvin English, Sr.
Robert leaves not to mourn, but to cherish his precious memory: his devoted wife, Paulette English; mother, Clara Jean Brazier; two daughters, Moneka and Moneque English; stepchildren, Kenji (Cassandra) Dailey and Taisha Dailey; two sisters, Kathleen (Kenneth) Holloman and Brenda Holloman; a host of aunts (Sarah Brazier and Lucille Amos), close cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and grandchildren.
He had high hopes of seeing Moneka and Moneque (twin girls) graduate from college, May 12, 2014. Being absent from the body, in spirit he will be there.
