Rhonda received her formal education at Withrow High School and later attended Cincinnati State College to complete her degree in Business Administration. She’d been employed with Ford Motor Company for over 20+ years.
In her younger years Rhonda was a Majorette, a Model and a Dancer. She practiced the art of Judo and was an excellent Ice Skater. Rhonda also had a passion for the game of football and was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Bengals and adored her three dogs.
Rhonda leaves to cherish her memory daughters, Tashika L. Mason and Amber L. Willingham; mother, Gail D. Willingham; sisters, Sylvia C. Ricks, Alethea R. Marshall, Robin J. Hughes (Chephren) and brother, Earl L. Marshall; 5 grandchildren, Romello, Aaliyah, Elijah, Kimani and Kimari; great grand-daughter Arya; nieces, nephews, cousins, longtime friend Darlene Griffin; and a host of other dear friends.
