He is resting in the arms of ABBA Father and singing praises in the heavenly choir. I leave this poem with you A Love: Rene's love is special in oh, so many ways Now miles stretched between you and mintues turn to days. Rene shared so much with everyone he met. Though you were not my biological brother you were always there as a big brother when you thought you needed to be. Always had my back when there was trouble and I'm sure there are others for whom you did the same. A gruff exterior but a soft heart. We had differences as adults do but I always admired you. Myself and the rest of St. Joseph alumni will miss you. To the family, my deepest condolences and prayers.
michael walker left a message on August 27, 2020:
Though you weren't my biological brother, you always had my back when there was trouble. Especially at Lincoln Center. You were the first to welcome me back from my first enlistment and welcomed my wife into your home to make her more comfortable with her surroundings. I really appreciated that. She was a fish out of water and that really helped settle her down. We had our differences as adults. You always spoke your mind. But over the years, no matter the gruff exterior, I saw a big heart and someone who stood by his friends and made his enemies fearful. I admired you my friend. And I'm grateful for our friendship. Myself and the rest of St. Joseph alumni will miss you. Sr. Francesca's #1 son RIP. Deepest and sincerest condolences and prayers from me and my family. You've lost a good one. Michael Walker
