Reginald T. Simmons age 81, passed away on January 17, 2023. He was born on May 6, 1941, in Birmingham, Alabama.

A Public Visitation will take place on February 4, 2023, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Quinn Chapel AME Church 10998 Southland Drive Forest Park, Ohio 45240. A Funeral Service will follow beginning at 11:00 AM.

Interment will take place at Dayton National Cemetery 4400 West 3rd Street, Dayton, Ohio 45417.

Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
