On November 12, 2024 Patricia L. Evans departed this life at the Lodge Rehabilitation Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Patricia L. Evans was born on September 13, 1939 to Charlie Rufus James and Elsie Powell James in Pittsylvania County, Virginia,
On October 31, 1961, Patricia was united in marriage to Willie Alvis Evans and to this loving union four children were born. Patricia accepted Jesus Christ as the Lord of her life at an early age.
Patricia was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Cary James, Flurry Powell, Bobby Charles Witcher, Guy James, James Richard James and 3 sisters, Edgetine Powell, Susie Muse, and Shirley Smith.
She is survived by one sister, Erma Preston of Roanoke, Virginia and one brother, Thedo James of Penhook, Virginia.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memories, one son, David Wayne Evans (Minh) of Blanchester, Ohio and 3 daughters, Sharon Rene Evans of Hyde Park, Ohio, Janet Denise Keys of Hyde Park, Ohio and Brenda Jean Evans of Loveland, Ohio, three grandchildren, Jordan Evans, Hunter Evans and Brooke Britton, 2 great grandchildren, Lucie Britton and Everett Britton and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and many special friends.
