Otis Dan Robinson was born July 21, 1948 in Mendenhall Mississippi to Robert and Rose Robinson he was the 11th child born of this union he was the baby of the family.
Otis gave his life to the Lord at Nazareth Baptist Church in Mississippi as a young boy.
God called him home on May 26th 2020 as his work on earth was done after battling kidney failure and Covid 19. Otis attended Harper High School in Mendenhall where he played football and learned how to be mischievous. He was in the proud graduating class of 1967. He also attended Jackson State.
Otis entered into a marital union with his high school sweetheart in 1970 that ultimately gave the pair two children. He moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1975 where he worked for Hilton Davis as a chemical machine operator for approximately 37 years, and when he wasn’t working he traveled, relaxed, watched football and spent time with family and friends.
Otis leaves to cherish his memory Bessie Tucker (sister) Robert Robinson (brother) Lora Robinson-Gordon (daughter) Keith Gordon (son-n-law) Clinton Robinson (son) Amber Spencer, Zaria Gordon, Jaden Tolbert-Robinson (granddaughters) and Anthony T Dockery III (great-grandson), and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
