Miss Minnie Elsie Welborn was born in Randolph, Alabama on May 10, 1932. She accepted Christ in her early years. She attended College at Bama State in Montgomery, Alabama. She was united in holy matrimony to the late Mr. Robert Lee Welborn.
On June 22, 2022 at The Drake Hospice Unit, she departed this life.
Survivors include two (2), sons Otto Welborn of Cincinnati Oh, and Frankie Welborn of Cincinnati Oh; two (2), sisters, Miss Jean Davenport of San Antonio, Tx and Fannie Higgins of San Antonio Tx; two (2), grandchildren, Orlando Welborn of Cincinnati Oh, and Angelo Welborn of Columbus Oh; one (1), great grandchild, Zion Welborn of Columbus Oh; and several nieces, nephews and family, and friends.
