Michael Robinson was born to the late Hoover and Ella P. Robinson on December 2, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the second of four children: Earl Robinson, Gary Robinson, and Linda Robinson.
Michael received formal education from Woodward High School and graduated in 1972. He was a part of the famous Woodward Bulldogs. He served in the US Navy and received an Honorable Discharge. He went on to receive several degrees including a Bachelor of Science.
He was a well-known person and was popular for having many talents including singing and playing musical instruments. To know him was to love him. He never met a stranger and was a fun-loving charismatic person.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoover and Ella P. Robinson; and two brothers, Earl and Gary Robinson.
Michael leaves to mourn his passing, his children, Dwanda Canady, Tamara Robinson, Myki Robinson, Armond Robinson, Alaina Robinson, and Michelle Williams; grandchildren, Korea Robinson, La’mya Snell, Madysun Snell, Layla Snell, Camilla Robinson, Nia Williams, and Nuri Williams; sister, Linda Robinson; special friend, Carolyn Peek who he shared a special bond with; and a host of other relatives and friends.
