Mattie Mae Alexander, age 81, passed away May 5, 2021 in Cincinnati, OH. She is survived by her loving children, Anthony Henry, Kathy Henry-Lewis (Clarence), Tangiee Robinson (Edward) and Melvena Henry; her brother, Roy Lee Smith; she is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Saturday May 22, 2021 at New Friendship Baptist Church, 3212 Reading Rd., Cincinnati, Oh. Visitation 9am-10am at the church. Interment follows in Vine Street Hill Cemetery. Please view and sign her registry at www.thompsonhalljordan.com.

I will really miss Miss Mattie. Lived in Evanston when the neighbors had good times together. Watched generations of children from the families grow up. Everyone knew each other and the other family relatives. We would still call each other around the holidays asking to borrow something for a dish we were cooking because we did that for so many years. My Prayers for strength for all her family because she was their rock. She will be missed because she was loved and appreciated.
