I was saddened to hear of Penny's passing. She was so much fun to be around and she will definitely be missed at The American Legion Post #631 in Lockland. My sincere condolences to the family. The bible says that weeping may endure for a night but joy awaits in the morning. I am praying that God will bless the family with the joy that awaits in the morning. Rest in peace, Penny. You are so loved by everyone you touched.
