Mark Andrews Jr. was born October 5, 1993 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Barbara Coleman and Mark Andrews Sr.
At the age of two years old, Mark learned The LORD’S Prayer independently by observing his mother praying. He had the ability to soak up information like a sponge. Mark accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized at First Missionary Baptist Church at age seven.
Mark, or Little Mark as he was affectionately called by family, grew up in Silverton and Loveland, Ohio with his mother and two older brothers. He attended Cincinnati and Loveland Public Schools.
As a running back on the Loveland Youth Tigers Football team, he made phenomenal plays with GOD given instinct! He fluidly utilized a combination of foot speed and stiff arms that were both graceful and powerful. On defense, he stopped opponents in their tracks as a linebacker making touchdown saving tackles. Family and friends enthusiastically watched him run down the field escaping several defenders. People watched from the bleachers and said, “he is a natural!”. After football season, he made the Loveland youth wrestling team, placing first in one of his weight class competitions.
As a young adult, he picked up a pencil and pad and would spend hours under the influence of “Heaven Inspired” writings which lead to messages that he was given the honor to share with many.
Mark will be remembered for his fire lyrics of worship. When he ministered in lyrics, the congregation rose to their feet, with “Hallelujah!” and “spit them lyrics doc!”.
Mark departed this life on March 11, 2026. He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Andrews Sr., grandparents Eugene Sewell, Jacqueline J. Coleman-Graham, Elizabeth “Betty” Nelson Hughes, Drew Andrews, aunt Barbara Andrews, and close friend Anthony Simmons.
Mark leaves to cherish his memory: two brothers- De’Mico (Tiffany) Coleman and Terrell Coleman, three nephews- De’Mico Jr, Izayah and Zion, and two nieces- London and Ava, aunts Geneva, Antoinette, Angel, and Tamie, uncles Mike, Scott, Chuck, and Eric, many cousins, church family, and friends.
