I pondered what to say about my Friend. We shared birthdays, secrets and lots of joy over the years. Even after I left Cincinnati we visited and shared in each other's lives. Renee's laughter and smile were infectious! My sincere condolences to her loving family.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Renee's departure. I send my sincere condolences and prayers to all of her family and hope that each day will lessen their pain. I met Renee in the 7th grade at Walnut Hills High School. We were neighbors and great friends! We shared a lot of good times together and I am thankful for all of those wonderful reflections! Norma, her sister, often hung out with us too! Renee was a very warm and loving person, and her family always welcomed me in their home. Had I remained in Cincinnati, I am sure Renee and I would have still been in close contact. May she rest in eternal peace in Heaven.

Condolences extended to the Payne and New Families in the passing of Renee. Her sudden transition this past weekend has truly shocked many. I first met Renee during my childhood, as we were both members of Bethlehem Baptist Church, but ironically became reacquainted in 2013 singing with Classical Roots Multicultural Community Choir. Oh my, a true beacon of light. I'm just speechless. Renee, you will be missed! Your smile and laughter.... Love you, my sister! Sing on! You're safe in His arms! Rest in Peace!
