Lois Patterson-Brown

Lois Patterson Brown 88 years old, passed away on August 21, 2022.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Earl F. Brown.  She was survived by her brother, M. Jerry Meyer (Linda), stepson, Neil S. Brown and stepdaughter, Juliet Bisson.  She is also survived by four grandchildren.

Her career included: employed at General Electric Company and retiring after 35 plus years.  Her field of responsibilities at GE progressed to being one of the first three women to be promoted to management level at the GE facility in Evendale.  Over the years, she also served as Secretary (on the Board) of the Evendale General Electric Management Association, Industrial Health Services in Sharonville, The Harry G. Byrd Company in Florida and Allied Tool Products, Inc. in Madiera.  She previously owned Executive Flight Services and Aero Marine Fuel Sales, Inc., both formerly located in Lunken Airport.

She attended the University of Cincinnati and had been a member of the U-Cats, Herman Schneider Legacy and UC Foundation, all supporting organizations of the University.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 10am, with funeral services to follow at 11am at St. Paul Community Methodist Church, 8221 Miami Avenue, Maderia, OH 45243.  Burial will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Madiera St. Paul Community Methodist Church, or the charity of your choice.
