Lisa Nelson

Lisa Mae Nelson (Nana) was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 14, 1965, to Earl Nelson (deceased), and Annie Nelson (deceased). Lisa unexpectedly gained her wings on June 24, 2022. She was the second oldest of four. Lisa has two sisters, Lynn Nelson (Julia) and Nette Porter (Grace) and a brother, Henny Nelson (deceased). She went to the School of Creative and Performing Arts.

Lisa is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Henny; and two uncles, John Bernard and June Nelson; and significant other of over 20 years, Michael Shields. She leaves to cherish her memories; two children, Maurisa Nelson and Brandie Nelson; 5 grandchildren, Dwight, Carlido, Kwamae, Amora, and Carmello; 3 aunts, Sallie, Berneice, and Ruth Jean; 3 nieces, Niya, Nika, Kenyonna; 1 nephew, Duan; and a host of cousins.

Lisa was employed at Zumbeil Packaging Company and most recently, Zwanaberg Food Group as a packer on the assembly line. She loved her job and co-workers; she made plenty of friends. Lisa was always smiling and known for her friendly conversation.

Lisa was a huge reality tv show watcher and she loved the Cincinnati Bengals. She was a long time friend to many and enjoyed spending time with her family, grandkids, and kids.
