Lillian Mulder was born September 23, 1939, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Oscar Carr and Idela Fears (Mulder). She entered her eternal rest on July 22, 2025.
Lillian attended St. Henrys Catholic School, afterward Lillian attended and graduated from Central High School (New Cincinnati State).
Lillian spent her career employed with the City of Cincinnati as an Emergency Communication Operator (also known as a 911 operator).
Lillian enjoyed watching Westerns and old black and white movies, but she mostly enjoyed going to Bingo on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Lillian “Lil” was preceded in death by her brother, Artice Mulder Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory: mother, Idella Fears; daughter, Lenette Manor (Mulder); granddaughter, Joie Thomas (Manor); grandson, Maurice Chance Manor; great grandchildren, Tyrone, Amir, Amin, Maurice Jr., Camiyah, Sierra, Aaliyah, and Sanai; her aunts, Vivian A. Harris and Jennie Marble; nephew, Artice Mulder Jr.; nieces, Aretha Thomas (Mulder) and Carmen J. Jones; and many other loving cousins and friends.
