Beloved husband of Anna, devoted father of Dionne Thorpe (David), Dwight, Dennis, and Leroy Staples III (Kandi), dear brother of Alfred Staples (Dolores), and Wayne Staples, grandfather of 11, greatgrandfather of 3. Passed away Sept. 23, age 80. Friends may call Friday, October 3, from 10:30am until time of service 11am at Thompson, Hall & Jordan Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Ave (45206). Interment – Landmark Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family request that donations be made in honor of Mr. Staples to any Alzheimer’s Association.
