

Laura May Walker, age 73, surrounded by family and friends, transitioned from labor to reward on November 29, 2021 in Lexington, KY. She was preceded in death by her parents and stepparents (Walter & Corona Crawford, William & Elizabeth Segar); her brother, Walter Crawford, Jr (Sonia); and husbands, Elrico Coulter and James Walker, Jr.
Those blessed to continue her legacy of excellence, service, and compassion are her children and grandchildren, Jason, Monica, Amber (24), Alyssa (23), Nathaniel (20), and Angel (16); her siblings, Gwen Williams, Genieth Robinson (David), Ruby Segar-Gray, Judy Davenport, and William Segar, Jr (Danielle); Donna Norman (cousin) and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held at 11AM, Tuesday, December 7th, 2021 at Thompson, Hall and Jordan Funeral Home, 11400 Winton Rd. The funeral service will follow promptly at 12PM. Interment follows in Crown Hill Cemetery. Please view and sign her registry at www.thompsonhalljordan.com.
