Larry Nelson, age 65, passed away on August 26, 2021. Larry was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Squire Nelson and Sylvia Hardy on October 22, 1955. He was raised by his mother and stepfather, William Hardy.

Larry was a graduate of Taft High School. He enjoyed and loved his family. There was never a dull moment with him. He always made his family laugh. Larry was the type of person that was happy all the time and always had something funny to say.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Squire Nelson, and William & Sylvia Hardy; siblings, Deborah, Arthur, Phillip, and Janice.

He leaves to cherish his memory, son, Arry Waller, Sr.; 10 grandchildren, Amari, Arrieiona, Arry Jr., Ariel, Airreece, Arshaun; Arryion, Michael, Jordan, and Rashaun; three great-grandchildren, Ja’Liylaha, Airreece Jr., and Tre’meir; sisters, Delores (James) Willingham, and Carol (Blair); brothers, Jerome Nelson, Walter Nelson and Leroy Nelson;
and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Larry will truly be missed by his friends and family.

A public visitation for Larry will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021, beginning at 2:30 PM until 3:30 PM at Thompson Hall &Jordan Funeral Home 11400 Winton Road, Forest Park, Ohio 45240. Funeral Service will follow immediately beginning at 3:30 PM.

Interment will take place at Vine Street Hill Cemetery 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220 on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
