Kyeir (Keyz) JaMichael Andrews was born on January 20, 1990 in Lincoln Heights, Ohio to Catherine Andrews and Eric Hurry and was raised by his loving father, Craig, since a very young age. Kyeir gained his wings to heaven on April 28, 2024, at 11:50am at UC Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio. Kyeir was a loving son, nephew, grandchild, and cousin.
Kyeir was very persistent that he be declared “OG Keyz The Mayor”. He was known for his smile and annoying behavior that caused us to love him so much. In his free time, he liked to listen to music, do arts and crafts, play video games, go bowling, ice skating, and being with close friends.
Kyeir was a caregiver to his grandmother and taught his cousins how to care for their grandmother as well. He was a leader to his younger cousins and brother as the eldest.
Kyeir grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended Mt. Healthy high school, where he met his best friends, Keisha Upshaw, Aleiah Jones (deceased), and Jasmine Fowler. Kyeir later obtained his GED with the hopes of becoming a heavy equipment operator. He grew up around a large abundance of loving family and friends.
Kyeir was preceded in death by his father, Eric Hurry and grandfather, Paul Andrews.
He leaves to cherish his memory; his loving mother, Catherine Andrews (Jerome); father, Craig Perry (Tamia); grandparents, Margaret and Raymond Garland; uncle Paul; aunts Lisa, Jazmin, and Paige; brothers, Marcus Jones, Quewane Perry, Sean Hurry, Devin Roberts, Jordan Zeiss, and Brandon Hawkins; sisters, LaQuita Walton, Nailah Hipsher; first cousins, Shawntaze, Naishiah, Anyia, Paul Jr., and Kevon; a loving girlfriend for more than ten years, Felicia Baker; two friends who he looked up to, Ladawn Farrish and Steven Harrell; and a host of family and friends.
