Keisha R. Allensworth

Keisha R. Allensworth (McCorkle) was born on September 25, 1976 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born to the late Artie Sr. and Rosa McCorkle. Keisha was the ninth of nine children and was preceded in death by her brother Artie Jr., her sisters Patricia Leonard and Geraldine McCorkle.

On Wednesday April 26, 2023 Keisha age 46 was called home to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, surrounded by family. Keisha graduated from North College Hill High School 1994 and attended Mt. Saint Joseph University – Cincinnati, Ohio for a brief period of time. She later met and was united in marriage to Matthew Allensworth on June 15, 2002. From this union three kids were born: Justin, Maya, and Jayden.

Keisha’s good natured spirit followed her throughout her entire life. Never one to pass up a good time. She was a devoted loving wife, mother, sister and aunt to her nieces and nephews.

Keisha worked numerous jobs, some clerical but mostly working with kids. She had a passion for children while she worked at Creative Children World and Hansel & Gretel daycare centers. She was always willing to babysit for anyone.

Keisha leaves to treasure her memory; husband, Matthew Allensworth; children, Justin, Maya, and Jayden; two sisters, Diana Gee (McCorkle) of Dallas TX, and Carrol McCorkle (Jerome Ntumba), three brothers, Rheuben (Regina), Robert, and Leon; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
