Karen L. Parks passed away on September 17, 2023. She was born on January 2, 1946 in Hamilton, Ohio To Mark Hodge Sr. and Elva Louise Kidd. She was married to Ben D. Parks Sr. on July 27, 1963.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 60 years, Ben D. Parks Sr.; six children, and a host of grand children and great grandchildren.
A public visitation will take place on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at Greater Emmanuel Apostolic Temple, 1150 Galbraith Road Cincinnati, Ohio 45231 beginning at 3:00 PM. Funeral service will follow beginning at 4:00 PM.
Interment will take place on Monday, October 2, 2023 at Spring Grove Cemetery 4521 Spring Grove Avenue Cincinnati 45232 at 11:00 AM.

Evangelist Karen Parks has been my sister in love for over 40 years. She welcomed me when I married her younger brother Joe and we’ve been sisters ever since. We all know she was a phenomenal woman of God, preacher and teacher, but her HUGS were healing. There was something in her hugs. I’m going to miss her beautiful spirit and those homemade rolls. Rest in heaven and praise the Lord with Joe. Love you sis.
