Jesse Ken Paa Kojo Buabeng, born on the 6th of June 1994 to Philip Davies and Christine Buabeng, was the first of three sons.
Jojo, as he was affectionately called, had his early childhood education at St. Peters School and Chapel Hill School in Takoradi. Upon successfully completing his junior high education at The Nest School Complex, he attended Fijai Senior High School as a Visual Arts student from 2009 to 2012. Having completed his high school education at Lakota West High School in West Chester, Ohio, he pursued higher education at the University of Cincinnati.
Jesse, a very active and quiet young man, was always full of smile and a delight to be around. He passed on March 27th, 2020. The humble and gentle spirit of our precious jewel was and is still felt by his family and friends.
We are eternally grateful to the Lord for the gift of Jesse and we know we shall meet on the blissful shore. Fare thee well, Paa Kojo! May your gentle soul rest in perfect peace in the bosom of our Lord and Gracious Father!
Da yie, hen dofo pa!
We have entrusted Jesse to God’s mercy, and we now commit his body to the ground:
In the sure and certain hope of the resurrection to eternal life through our Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our frail bodies that they may be conformed to his glorious body, who died, was buried, and rose again for us.
To him be glory forever. Amen.
