Jennie Birch

Jennie Maria Johnson was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to her birth mother, Edna Johnson on February 4, 1957, but was adopted by Artie Jane at the age of 6 months, who she considered her real mother.
She met her husband, Reid Birch at the age of 14, whom she fell in love with and later married on February 5, 1977. They went on to have three kids, Joshua Birch, Vincent Birch and the only girl, Bettie Birch, but she raised Kevin Birch, Jeffery Birch, Reid Birch, Jr. and Desmond Phillips and loved them the same as her own kids.
Jennie Birch joined the House of God at the age of 16 where she became an Elect Lady and graduated from Bible College at K.C.C.R. She stayed in the House of God for the rest of her life.
Jennie Birch worked side by side with her husband, Reid Birch at Uptown Tire where they built a successful business together, and took care of their family and others.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Reid Birch; grandson, Lil Reid Birch; mother, Artie Jane; mother and father-in-law, Bettie and Joe Birch.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving kids, Reid Jr., Jeffery and Desmond, Reid Kevin, Joshua, Vincent and Bettie Mildred Birch; brother, Eddie and sister, Juanita Johnson; three daughters-in-law, Leslie Marie, Leslie Ann and Raven; 19 grandkids and five great-grandkids; and a host of other relatives and friends.
