Jasmin Yael Leadon, affectionately known as Jazzy, age 11, passed away on June 18, 2022. Jazzy was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Keith Leadon and Maria Leadon on January 18, 2011.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 1, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Quinn Chapel A.M.E. Church 10998 Southland Drive Forest Park, Ohio 45240. Service will follow beginning at 12:00 PM.
Interment will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery 4521 Spring Grove Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
