Mrs. JANET OMOTUNLASE ADENIYI, 82, passed away December 24th peacefully in her sleep. We will remember her forever.
She was born to the late chief Kadiri Oyenuga Esan and Madam Adenibekun Betiku June 25th 1939 in Ondo, Ondo State, Nigeria. Mrs.Adeniyi graduated from Saint Hellens Teacher Training college and also received a diploma in education from the University of Ife in 1979.
She married the late Chief Rufus Ajayi Adeniyi on December 7th 1963, and they lived together and created a beautiful family. Mrs. Adeniyi is survived by her eight children and 28 grandchildren. Mrs. Adeniyi is predeceased by her loving husband in 2004, after which she relocated to the USA.
Mrs. Adeniyi was an Educationist. She passed her appreciation of education to all her children. Mrs. Adeniyi was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Mrs. Adeniyi was such a caring, loving mother; anyone would wish for a mother like her. She didn’t leave millions in her bank account but she left a legacy worth much more. She left the children with education , love, patience and endurance. She taught her children how to pray and she led by example. She will be missed, but her legacy will last forever.
