Jim, my dear friend and brother-in-Christ, I have just learned of your passing and sit here stunned as I remember our growing up years at Gates St church of Christ. That's going back a few years but they are such precious memories. I used to run into your dad at Food World where we would catch up on family and have a laugh or two. Then you came out of nowhere when I was going to get married and you became our photographer. It's hard to believe that handsome, friendly smile and warm heart are gone. I first met James as a student at the University of Cincinnati. Throughout his life he was always very kind and giving. I will miss his smile and that camera in our face at the UC Black Alumni events. He loved being a BEARCAT and we loved him!
