On January 7, 2014, Homer went to his new home, “The Heavenly Gates of Heaven” where he will be pre-ceded in death by his parents, Homer and Edna Stamper, one brother, Bobby Gene, his ex, Geraldine Clemons, and two daughters, Belinda Clemons and Jorinda Hicks.
“Butch” as we all know him, lived a good life.
For a short time, Butch served in the U.S. Air Force, and was also a part of “The Race Inn Family” until his illness took control, and he later went to reside with his daughter, Sandra and son-in-law, Nico Sr.
Butch had a kind heart and a generous soul. He loved his Kool Cigarettes, Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer, Vanilla cookies and WWF Wrestling.
“Butch” leaves behind: one sister from Florida, Virginia North (Billy); three nieces, Pennie, Gina and Debbie; two nephews, Danny and Donny (Regina); four daughters, Sandra (Nico), Brenda, Marlene (Mark) and Deborah; two sons, Fred and Avery; 17 grandchildren, Terry, Katia, Nico Jr., Gail, Roxanna, David, Antonio, Bertina, Melinda, Keisha, Marketa, Tangela, Adrianne, Shardae, Chinea, Marcus and Frank Jr.; his lovely great-grandchild, Ma’Kayden; and a host of family and friends.
