Dear Gabby,
You have my deepest sympathy. Your mother is a BEAUTIFUL spirit. She was there for my family during a time when Brittney was trying to find her way. She allowed Brit to come and stay with you all, and assured me that she "had her". I will NEVER forget the kindness she showed my family through one of my darkest hours (terminal illness of my husband). She and Derrick are both with the angels now, watching down over us all. I'm here for you, so please let me know if I can do anything at all. Meanwhile, I'll be checking in.

Hertie you are such an amazing spirit! Was is not applicable, because I know you have transformed into the most beautiful form of yourself. You were more than my friend, you were my aunt, and my sister as well. You were my voice of reason where I couldn't seem to find one. You embodied the true definition of a fighter. Always remaining positive no matter what. I look forward to seeing you in my dreams until we meet again in the next lifetime. Hertie and I met when I had my first son. Shortly after that she had Gabby and she quickly became a benchmark in my life. We would lean on each other trying to figure out being first time moms..There has never been someone who embodied love, compassion, beauty and grace like Hertie. Her laugh and that smile are forever etched in my heart. I am heartbroken that you are gone from this Earth but I know that I will see you again.
