Eric Ware was born February 24,1950 to the late Marcus and Mildred Ware in Cincinnati, Ohio. Eric was the oldest of 7 siblings, Kenneth, Marsha (d), Sheila, Gary (d), Martin (Amy) and Michael (d) (Kimberly).
He departed this life taking his last breath on November 23, 2023. He leaves behind his wife Aletha, two daughters Genya (David), Ranita (Ben); two sons Aaron (India), Nathan (Tiffany) and stepdaughter Tasha (Vondale); 14 grandchildren Malcolm, Maya, Cinqué, Makaya, Ananyá, Amaya, Jahnaé, Manteé, Kaleb, Myles, Reese, Austin, Cadance, and Nina; 7 great grandchildren and host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Eric learned to play the piano at a very young age, was playing Beethoven when he was eight years old. He attended the Conservatory of Music here in Cincinnati. He also attended Moeller High School. Eric loved playing Jazz and Blues on the piano and organ during his down time away from work. Eric was an Operator for Metro for 30yrs. He drove multiple routes where he met and connected with so many people over the city. With his sense of humor people enjoyed his conversations.
Eric loved his Oreos, Cigars and Grand Marnier. His favorite bands/artist were Yellow Jackets, Béla Fleck & The Flecktones, Chick Corea, Carlos Santana just to name a few. He was a huge Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan. As well as a Cleveland Browns fan.
