CW3 Kidd was someone whom I respected. I had the pleasure of first working with him on an AT in Grayling MI. He showed off his cooking skills by cooking for all the Soldiers (it was good). He also loved music and we exchanged hundreds of jazz tunes. He was; honest, genuine, respectful, and wise. There was always a smile and kind word from him. he will truly be missed and never forgotten.

Oh, Manny, what a loss. You got me through OCS with laughter, and you talked me up to Gina. Remember when Rickenbacher still had barracks? Grab a 6 pack and badmouth NCOs until those same sergeants told us to pipe down. Cannonballing between Columbus and Cincinnati so we could still spend Saturday night with our girls on a drill weekend. Taking you on a tour of Cincinnati when you were still new in town. Cyclones game at the Gardens. Dinner at Skyline.
I'm sorry it's been so long since we got together. I think of you often.

It was an honor to know CW3 Kidd. I chose him to re-enlist me in 2011 because of the great respect I had for him as a Warrant Officer and as an incredible person. He was a pleasure to have in my Combat Lifesaver classes. I will remember his professionalism, his warmth of character and wicked sense of humor. Farewell, Sir! You will never be forgotten! ~Staff Sergeant Timothy Rickey, 147th Regional Training Institute, Ohio Army National Guard

Manny, I hope you are in a better place without pain or worry. Your personality as well as your smile always lit up the room and the lives of 948B Basic and Advanced course. You were a professional second to none. You were always the optimistic one who never let things get you down. I appreciate the talks we'd have then and through out the years after school. We had some great times spent as a small family while we were in school. I'm sure John, Jeff, George, Manish and Pat feel the same as you were a great friend to us all. You will be missed and remembered.
Your Friend Forever,
CW3 Steven Estep

Manny, you were a great friend and your legacy will live on for years within the Warrant Officer Corps, you have touched many lives. CW2 Thomas Drzik
I will miss Manny's smile, demeanor, but most of all, his friendship. He truly brought smiles to a room when he entered. He brightened my life personally and professionally in more ways than I can express. My heart goes out to his family.

Manny, you will be sadly missed. I know all the road trips to Indiana and Alabama will not be the same without you. WOCS will not be the same without you. Manny was always a good soldier and a friend that would help anyone. My favorite expression from you "Get in the Grass". I know Priscilla had to share you with your Military family and I want to thank her for letting us get to know you like she did even all the times we were on the phone and you wouldn't answer her calls. Priscilla, even though Manny is not with us anymore you are still a part of the Military family and if you need anything you know how to get in contact with us. CW3 Michael Osborne
You will sadly be missed my friend. It was an honor to be your friend, a fellow Soldier, and your peer. You always had a way with words and knew how to put me at ease. I had a lot of respect for you and will treasure the memories. RIP Manny.

The leadership that Manny provided to the Warrant Officer Candidate School is destined to produce truly outstanding Warrant Officer leaders. They unknowingly learned much from his passion for his profession. CW3 Paul Pitzer
Manny's smile was powerful. He was genuine and warm. I always looked forward to his visits in Indiana as well as my visits to Ohio. His dedication to the Warrant Officer Corps was unrivaled and his friendship will always be cherished.
