She is survived by her loving children, Andrew (Felicia) Tinsley, Aurillia Tinsley and the late Anna Lynn Tinsley Powell (Darryl); her siblings, Donald, Beverly, Melissa Tinsley and Marilyn Foggie; 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Graveside Funeral Service will be held 10:00AM Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Ave., Cincinnati, OH. Arrangements by Thompson, Hall and Jordan Funeral Home.
