Curtis had three children, Latecia Spencer (deceased), Curtis McIntosh Jr., and LaShawne’ McIntosh; ten grandchildren, Emia Spencer, Ky’mahn Spencer, Maryah Spencer-Sullivan, Sariyah Spencer, Aniyah Spencer, Curtis McIntosh III, LaDaviyon McIntosh, Zay’mir McIntosh, Jaydyn Felder, and Dakota Johnson; and seven brothers and sisters, Carl Allen (Bertha), Jean McIntosh, John McIntosh, Eunice Calhoun, Rick (Bennie) McIntosh, Gregory McIntosh, and Willie McIntosh.
Curtis met Melvona (Bonnie) and fell in love and they were married in 1983. He served in the army as a part of his life. He was a softball coach and he sang in the Men’s Chorus at Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church. Curtis retired from Premier Bandag ion Milford, Ohio. He was the best landscaper and always won “best yard”
He touched everyone he came across. His smile lit up the room and his laugh was contagious. Curtis spent majority of his time with his grandkids he loved.
He is survived by his wife, Melvona McIntosh; son, Curtis McIntosh; daughter, LaShawne’ McIntosh; nieces and nephews whom he loved so much and had a special bond with and a host of family and friends.
