Cherise Thornton

Cherise Nicole LaVaughn Thornton, daughter of Kimberly Thornton and Ricardo Johnson was born June 12, 1987, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended Cincinnati Public Schools. At an early age, Cherise would enjoy spending time with her favorite cousin LaVaughn. They enjoyed swimming, family gatherings, vacations, and outside play at Grandma Felicha house on Ninann Ct.

Cherise loved shopping and getting her hair, nails, and toes done. She loved to be fly! Cherise enjoyed partying and good homecooked meals from her mom and Grandma Pat (Patricia Johnson). She loved to eat! Cherise was also a wonderful mother and aunt. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished.

Cherise loved her family and friends dearly. As a result of her generous spirit and pleasant personality, she was loved by many. Cherise is survived by her parents, Kimberly Thornton, Ricardo Johnson, and Timothy Harris (step-father); her children, Journi Cherise Thornton and Jordan Cartier Thornton; her siblings, Timyra Harris, Timothy Harris Jr., Larico Johnson, Toria Johnson, and Devonn Jones; her nephew, Darius Flemings; her grandparents, Felicha and Franklin Thornton, Patricia Johnson, and Darlene Harris; her aunts, Cynthia Thornton, Krystal Thornton, Keyshia Pride, and Shafawn Tarpley; her uncle, Franklin Thornton; and a host of great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
