Devoted father of Rashawn (Beverly) & Kevin (Kymberly) Manigan; loving grandfather of Jessica Burns, Crishana & Shawn Matthew Manigan; dear brother of Arthur (Ella) & Jerome Manigan, Lila Mizell, Margaret Williams (Matthew). Also survived by step son Jamison Smith and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Monday 11am at First Antioch Baptist Church 1511 Gilpin Ave. Friends may call from 9:30am until time of service. FOP #69 Memorial Service at 10:30am.
