Aaron Niles Lewis Gallon (46) returned to the Potters House on September 20, 2021 with his Daughter and Father watching over his final rest. Born to Lumis and Linda Gallon in Cincinnati, OH on August 26, 1975. “Peanut” was the second child for the couple making it a pair and their family complete.
“ABabe” was a quiet boy full of imagination and a love of all things “LEGO” and he loved to explore the world around him, often taking adventures in the woods around the neighborhood. He grew to be an avid Star Wars and Marvel fan. He was also a gun enthusiasts and could be found sharpening his skills at the gun range. And on a good day he could be found on the blacktop trash talking and showing his ball skills on the court.
He attended St. Mark’s Elementary, Roselawn Condon, Hughes High School and graduated in May 1993 from Lee’s Summit High School in Lee’s Summit, MO. Aaron was an easy going and inquisitive teenager. He served as a Junior Layman at Second Baptist Church in Independence, MO. But he was also stubborn and knew what he knew and you could not move him from what he knew. But that is a part of what drew people to him and he made lifelong friends at each stop along his journey. Aaron attended college at the Valley Forge Military Academy and College in Wayne, PA. While at the Academy a love of the Military was discovered for Aaron and set him on path of service. Aaron served from May 1995 to February 2001. He ended his military service with the Marine Corps Reserves as a Lance Corporal.
The love of Aaron’s life arrived in the form of a little one named Danielle Gallon-Person on May 16, 2000. She along with his Bonus Daughter, Tiara Person gave him years of joy and fierce pride. It was rare to see Aaron and not see his girls by his side.
He is preceded in death by his beautiful Mother, Linda Marie Carr Gallon. Aaron is lovingly remembered by his Father, Lumis L. Gallon, Step-mother, Kathleen Gallon of Williamsburg, VA, Grandmother, Mildred Carr Carter of Burgettstown, PA. Sister, Rebekah Gallon of Bowie, MD and Step-Brother, Quinn Murph of Montreal, Québec, Canada. Uncle Joseph R. Carr (Carole) of Alexandria, VA. Aunt and Uncle Dr. David and Patricia L. Thompson of Lee’s Summit, MO. Aunt Sherry Stephen of Atlanta, GA, Uncle Robert Gallon, Bradenton, FL, Aunt Phyllis (Otis) Strong of Bradenton, FL. Aunts Jackie Timmerson (Tim) of Oakdale, PA, Melanie Perkins (Mark) and Lori Burke of Orlando, FL.
