William E. Mouch was a Leap Year baby born in Cincinnati, Oh on February 29, 1948 to Paul and Annette Mouch (dec’d). Bill passed on January 27, 2026.
He was the loving husband of Bobbie (Roberta) Wavra-Mouch. Bill and Bobbie spent the last 47 years building their life together.
He also leaves behind two sisters, Sister Marge Mouch and Mary Casebolt. His other siblings, Paula Blessing, Sister Jean Mouch and Robert Mouch preceded him in death.
Bill was the much loved brother-in-law of Gail Derrickson, Lynn Paul (dec’d), Francine Rosen, Joseph and Tina Wavra, Kathleen Lane (dec’d) and Robert Wavra. All of these family members are already missing him. Bill was also blessed with a beautiful Goddaughter, Jeanne Blessing, as well as many other nieces, nephews and cousins. He loved every one of them.
Bill’s greatest joy was the time spent with family and friends. It is within all of these hearts that he will forever resonate, leaving an indelible mark that will not fade with time.
