Virginia H. Dean born March 28, 1936 in Demopolis, Alabama to Augusta & Clara
Grady. Her parents, husband and one brother preceded her in death.
She was raised in a God fearing home upon relocating to Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended
Christ Memorial A.O.H. Church of God under the leadership of Elder Robert Knight
II where she received the precious gift of the Holy Ghost. She loved the Lord
very much and was very active in church. She served as an usher, nurse and
Sunday school teacher.
Virginia loved children and owned a daycare business.
She retired after 30 years. She enjoyed cooking dinner, baking homemade cakes
and pies and enjoyed collecting all types of beautiful angels. One thing about
Virginia, she loved all of her children.
She leaves to cherish her sisters, brothers and children: Moses Howard, Aaron Howard (Rose), Roosevelt Grady, David Grady (Cynthia), Willie Grady and Keith Lockhart. Her loving children Mary K. Dean (De’Vant), Anthony Dean, Margaret Y. Dean, Arthur Dean, Patricia
Dean-Tillman (Franco), Patsy Dean Brogden and Dwayne Dean. She leaves to
cherish her grandchildren: Tosha, Kelly, Toni, Anthony Jr., Kiara, Monique,
Larry, La’Kisha, Waymond, Darrell, Le’Blake, La’Kristopher, Erica, Jacqueline,
Marc Jr., Mark Jr., Ashley, Amber, Synthia, Jasmin, Deon, 37 great great grand
children and a host of nephews, nieces, family and friends.
