Aunt Sylvia: Thank you for taking care of my sisters for all these years. Words cannot explain what a beautiful person, woman, and Aunt you were. My family and I are there in spirit because we are forward deployed to Japan right now. Heaven is brighter right now because you are there.

Ms. Whitt Ms. Whitt.. I am still at lost for words. Yesterday I was at Lincoln Heights I walked by the kitchen and I stopped. I had to really take a moment to get it together. I will miss your kind words. You always asked about me when I was away at school. Thanks for feeding us all those years VBS, Family Day etc. You always made sure us kids were fed. You kept me laughing in our Financial Peace class! I will always remember what you told me. Well done.. Rest easy Ms. Whitt. Love you

This has absolutely shocked me. I remember Ms. Whitt from attending Lincoln Heights Christian Academy. She always had a beautiful spirit and smile. I would always talk to her in passing and even after school. It's hard hearing this because I had just spoken and reconnected with her a few months ago while at LHMBC. I was amazed that she remembered not only me, but my family as well. Rest on, Ms. Whitt. Heaven had truly gained an angel.
To the family,
Even in your time of bereavement, continue to trust the sovereignty of God. I pray that The Lord continues to keep you all in perfect peace. God can and will guide you through this. It's okay to mourn, because in Matthew 5:24, it says that God will comfort you. She was a true servant who loved The Lord, so we know where she is! Again, I'm praying for you all.
God Bless,
Austin Phelps
