I was stunned and deeply saddened to learn of Lamar's passing. I understand why his nickname was "Bubbles" as he had a permanent smile and uplifting personality. The day was always brighter whenever I encountered him. I can only imagine how many lives he touched in his too short time here on earth. God must have needed another good will ambassador.
