"Thompson, Hall, & Jordan did an amazing job with my grandmother. I have had several funerals in the last few years and this is the first she looked most like herself. The staff gave us a huge photo of my grandmother with her package at no charge. When we came in they made the worse day of my mom's life feel better, reassuring her that her mother's wishes would be fulfilled. Finally, their prefund plan locked costs in place. We had to pay no additional expenses as they abided by her agreement from over 10 years ago. Well done. Job Well Done. "
