Maud Cleopatra Flemming was born in Somerset, Bermuda on August 15, 1915 to the late Walter and Maud Amelia Lewis. As a child, she was raised in the admonition of God’s love and saving grace.
Her years of education was received in New York City at Public School 90, Public School 136 (Harriet Beecher Stowe) Junior High and Washington Irving High School. Harlem Hospital School of Nursing was where she received her RN as a Professional Nurse. She attended New York University and received her Bachelor of Science.
Maud moved to Cincinnati in 1983 and joined the Kennedy Heights Church of Christ, prayerfully all to the honor and glory of God I servanthood and stewardship.
She leaves to celebrate her homegoing: nephew, Robert Dean, niece, Barbara Cunningham, grandnieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in Christ and treasured friends throughout all of God’s world.
