Henry “Chuck” Coleman, Jr., age 71, passed away May 23, 2021 in Cincinnati, OH. He is survived by his loving children, Terrio Henderson and Latanya Kirksey; his siblings, James, Mary Ann and Parlee Coleman, Sarah Jones, Donna Coleman Rich, Sylvia Lyvers and Damita Jo Clay; 3 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Tuesday. June 1, 2021 at Thompson, Hall and Jordan Funeral Home, 11400 Winton Rd., Forest Park. Visitation 2pm-3pm. Cremation follows at the convenience of the family with inurnment in Dayton National Cemetery.
