Survilla Pittard

Survilla Lora Pittard was born on February 28, 1922 in
Hazard, KY to Nettie Jones.
She relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1940 and met John
D. Pittard. On July 6, 1943, they were united in holy
matrimony.
Survilla and her husband joined Bethesda Baptist Church
under the leadership of Rev. Wilkens, who passed in 1978,
and now under the leadership of Rev. John Hennings. She
served on the Usher Board and sang in the Mass Choir.
She loved to dance, sing, attend plays and church events.
Survilla never met a stranger.
Her mother, father, husband and son preceded her in
death.
Survilla leaves her memories to be cherished by: her
daughter-in-law and care giver, Joan Pittard; and three
grandchildren, Gregory, Joshua and Fredrick. She is also
survived by her sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews,
other relatives and dear friends.
