Rosetta was born to the late Devall Davis and Beatrice Blevins on April 25, 1939. She was the youngest of three siblings; the late Mary Ray, whom she adored; and her brother, the late Robert MacFee.
Rosetta was born and raised in Lincoln Heights and attended and graduated from Lockland Highschool. In her early years she met and married the love of her life Roland Bolds. Together they raised four children, Carolyn, Terry (late), Dorothy, and Michael (late).
Rosetta was employed with General Electric for 30 years. She loved visiting Las Vegas and gambling at the casinos.
Rosetta was a very passionate grand and great grandmother. She helped raise 8 grandchildren, Temchise Turner (Dante), Larry Furr, Terri (Jonathan) Hill, Dominique Bolds, Tiffany Bolds, Lamont Bolds (late), Alexia Aly (James) and Arin Gentry; and with nine loving great grandchildren.
